Below, we have attempted to answer some of the more frequently asked questions we receive from our customers.
Is it possible to pay by PayPal, bank transfer, or something other than a credit/debit/charge card?
Unfortunately, no. If you’re having trouble checking out, please get in touch, and we’ll try taking payment over the phone. We use industry leader Stripe for all credit card transactions.
Is it necessary to print out your voucher? Is it possible for me to show up on the day and quote some reference or order number?
We strongly recommend logging in, printing your voucher(s), and bringing them with you on the day of your visit if you’re purchasing tickets or taking tours. It will be acceptable for you to produce an electronic copy of your voucher on your phone or mobile device.
You are strongly advised to print the voucher since we will not be able to take any responsibility if you are unable to print it due to phone, technical, or network difficulties.
Are you going to charge me right away?
Not at all. Your card will only be charged once availability has been confirmed. We simply authorize Stripe, our payment processor, to charge the amount at the time of order. You can find more details on our ‘how it works’ page.
