Inside the museum, his tour was well organized. He spoke well and was interesting. His discussion of the art and sculpture was interesting and thoughtful. He gave nice insight about the pieces and tied together the art and the rationale for why the art was in the museum. His discussion on the specific works of Michelangelo was also very nice. I highly recommend the tour.

  Simple experience collecting tickets from the office. Followed the instructions to pick up the tickets from the office and that was it. Went into the associated line and very happy... read more to skip the queue, as it was a hot day and very tiring.

  Loved the Accademia. They did provide receivers and earbuds, guide a little hard to understand due to muffled sound but good overall.

  Was very confusing when getting the actual tickets at the site. Got the run around. Did eventually get them and into the museum
